Description
실리콘나이트라이드로 만들어진 보통 직사각형입니다. 다양한 크기와 Batch수량으로 직경 300mm까지 만들어 질 수 있습니다. 세라믹 물질의 훌륭한 열전도와 낮은 열용량 덕분에 빠른 가열속도, 균일한 온도분포 및 높은 제어 정확도가 가능합니다. 작은 발열체는 짧은 사이클시간에 매우높은 표면파워로 동작 및 제어될 수 있습니다. 금속표면에 비해 세라믹재료는 빠른 온도변화가 있을지라도 낮은 열팽창에 덕분에 매끄러움을 유지합니다. 핫프레스된 실리콘나이트라이드의 높은 강도가 짧은 공정시간에서 고스트레스저항성과 뛰어난 내마모성을 보증합니다. 공기에서 500 C° 까지 사용하는 소형히터를 공급하고 있으며 1000 C° 가 필요한 경우는 옵션(Cold zone이 있는)으로 제작가능합니다.
Chip heaters made of silicon nitride are normally rectangular. Various dimensions and batch sizes up to our die diameter of 300 mm can be produced. The special properties and the low mass of ceramic allow fast heating rates, a uniform temperature distribution and high control accuracy. Small heating elements can be operated controlled with very high surface power at short cycle times. In comparison to metal the surface of ceramic stays very smooth due to its low thermal expansion even when operated with changes in temperature. The high strength of hot-pressed silicon nitride guarantees high stress resistance (e.g. with high pressure loads) and excellent wear resistance. We provide miniature heaters for operating in the open air at temperatures up to 500 C° and heaters with a cold area at temperatures up to 1000 C°.

Bach RC사 자체 설계로 크기, 형상 또는 성능등에 대한 변경이 간단하고 편리하게 가능해집니다. 온도센서용 또는 배기파이프를 위한 마운팅브라켓구멍이 포함 될 수 있으며 레이저절단 진공 홈 역시 추가될 수 있습니다. 칩히터는 기본적으로 평면으로 연마되지만 특별한 요구조건을 맞추기 위해 flatness < 10 μm까지 추가 연마될 수 있습니다. 가열되어지는 히터의 윤곽에 따라 형성되는 다양한 모양 역시 가능합니다. 점히터(연마를 통한) 또는 요철 평면 형태의 히터가 가능합니다. size < 1 mm²의 가열면적이 가능합니다. 소형히터는 저전압에서 동작하도록 전환될 수 있습니다.
Our in-house designs make any modification in size, configuration, or performance simple and convenient. Mounting-bracket holes and bores for temperature sensors or suction pipes can be included. Laser-cut vacuum grooves can be added as well. Our chip heaters come already flat ground, however they can be ground further up to a flatness of < 10 μm to meet specific requirements. A variety of shapes formed to the contour of the element to be heated are possible as well. They can be produced as a point (point heaters) or as protruding flat. Thus heated areas with a size of < 1 mm² are possible. Miniature heaters can be converted to be operated on low voltage
